Invitation to Tender
The St. Catherine Parish Council invites contractors to submit tender to undertake road rehabilitation at Springvale to Bowers wood Road, St Catherine
Description
The works will include but not necessarily be restricted to the following work description:
1 .Earth works
2 .Drainage
3 .Pavement - (double surface dressing)
Eligibility of Tender
All bidders with valid General Road Works contractor grades 1-3, except for foreign bidders must provide:
" TCC : a valid tax compliance certificate
" NCC : a valid national contractors commission certificate
Collection of Documents
Tender document must be collected from the St. Catherine Parish Council, Emancipation Square, Spanish Town.
Documents will be available as of 11th August 2014 between the hours of 10am and 5pm each weekday, for the period ending August 25th 2014
" Bidders will be required to pay a non - refundable fee of $3500 for each set of documents. Payments may be paid in cash or managers cheque, payable to the St. Catherine Parish Council.
Return Tenders
Sealed bids are to be placed in a tender box located at the administration office at the St. Catherine Parish Council Building.

Re: Springvale to Bowers wood road;
The opening will take place in the council's chamber of the St. Catherine Parish Council on the 25th of July 2014 at 3 pm.
